• Standard Rates: No refunds are available, as no advance payment is required for these rates.
• Promotional Rates: Guests may cancel their reservation without charge up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay.
• Non-Refundable Rates: All bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued. Guests are advised to carefully consider these terms before booking.
• Refunds: Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Modifications to Reservations

• Modifications Made More Than 7 Days Before Check-In:
  • Guests may modify their reservation dates or property selection up to 7 days before arrival, subject to availability.
  • Any difference in pricing resulting from the modification will be adjusted accordingly.
• Modifications Within 7 Days or Less Before Check-In:
  • Modifications made within 7 days of the check-in date are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.
  • Changes are dependent on availability and at the discretion of Doctor Holidays Rentals LLC.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other emergencies beyond the control of Doctor Holidays Rentals LLC, cancellations or modifications may be accommodated. Refunds or credits for future stays will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
