Terms and Conditions

By requesting to book one of the properties managed by Doctor Holidays Rentals LLC, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Rental Agreement and on this page. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and fair experience for all our guests and property owners.


Booking and Fees

  • Booking: Reservations can only be made through authorized Online Travel Agencies such as Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor, Airbnb, and VRBO. Our website is for inquiries, availability checks, and support.
  • Additional Fees: A $400 cleaning fee will be added to the total booking. Certain properties may also require a refundable damage deposit equivalent to one night’s stay, as displayed on the booking platform.

Payment Methods, Payment Policy, and Rates

  • Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via credit card, bank transfer, cash, or check. Payment details will be displayed on the respective booking platform.
  • Payment Policy – Standard Rates: Full payment is required within 24 hours after check-in or check-out (verified customers).
  • Payment Policy – Promotional Rates: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
  • Payment Policy – Non-Refundable Rates: Full payment must be completed within 72 hours of booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Rates: No refunds, as no advance payment is required.
  • Promotional Rates: Cancellations up to 7 days before check-in are free. Cancellations within 7 days incur a charge of total price.
  • Non-Refundable Rates: All bookings are final.
  • Refunds: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: 4:00 PM
  • Check-Out: 12:00 PM
  • Late Check-Out: On request.

Self Check-In: Detailed instructions, including emergency contacts, will be sent 3 days before your arrival.


Property Use and Restrictions

  • No Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. Violations incur a $500 fine.
  • No Parties: Unauthorized parties or events will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction.
  • Noise: Guests must maintain reasonable noise levels, particularly after 10:00 PM.
  • Property Care: Guests must treat the property with respect to ensure future guest enjoyment.

Additional Policies

  • Repairs and Maintenance: Repairs will be addressed promptly. No refunds are issued for maintenance time.
  • Personal Items: Forgotten items will be returned at the guest’s expense, including shipping fees.
  • Photography/Videography: Professional photography or videography is not permitted without prior approval.

Additional Charges

Charges may apply for excessive cleaning, missing linens, or damages (e.g., rug or upholstery cleaning).


Sheets and Towels

All properties include fresh sheets and towels. Fees will apply for any missing or damaged items.


Limitation of Liability

Doctor Holidays Rentals LLC is not responsible for losses, damages, injuries, or delays beyond its control. Guests assume full responsibility for risks associated with activities such as swimming, hiking, or using equipment.


Condition of Rental

The property must be returned in the same condition as upon check-in, except for normal wear and tear. Guests must immediately report any damage or incidents.


Privacy Policy

  • Personal Information: Collected to process reservations and provide property management services.
  • Data Security: Measures are in place to safeguard personal information.
  • Use of Information: Data is used solely for booking purposes and will not be shared without consent.
